What browser/settings are best for Animoto?

Because Animoto is entirely web-based, it can work on both Mac and PCs. If you're having trouble creating a video, make sure that you're using a compatible (and up-to-date) web browser. We currently support the following browsers:
Regardless of your browser, you must have cookies and JavaScript enabled, as well as Adobe Flash Player (version 10 or greater) installed. You can download the latest version of Flash.
(If you have already installed Flash and are having trouble, sometimes it helps to uninstall and reinstall it. You can also see our guide to uninstalling Flash.)
While some features of Animoto may function in other browsers not listed above, we cannot guarantee future compatibility or provide support for older versions or other browsers.
Lastly, videos on animoto.com should be viewable on iOS devices (iPhone/iPad/iPod); however, you can only create videos on those devices using the Animoto iPhone app.
