You can view, update, and manage your payments and billing information in the Account page while logged in. Click the Billing tab under the corresponding workspace. If you don’t see a Billing tab that means you are on the Free Forever plan so you have not been billed.
Note: Only Team Admins will be able to access the billing information for the Professional Plus plan.
Changing Payment Method
You can change your payment method by clicking on the pencil icon to the right of your payment information. If you delete your payment method and we are unable to process the payment your subscription will revert to the Free Forever plan.

Managing auto-renewal
Your account automatically renews when your plan ends if you have auto-renewal turned on. Since your plan is paid up front at the start of the billing cycle, your account will still have access to the upgraded features through the end of the billing term. We recommend keeping it on so you don't risk losing the upgraded editing features on your videos if your subscription lapses. It also ensures that you always pay the same price even if the pricing of our plans change!
You can check if auto renew is turned on by going to your Account page while logged in, selecting your Workspace, and navigating to the Billing tab.
To turn off auto-renewal, scroll down to the Automatic Renewal section, and set the blue toggle to off. Once you slide the blue toggle to “off”, you will be prompted to select a reason for canceling. After you select a reason, you can click continue to finalize your subscription cancellation.
You must complete all the prompts in order to finalize your cancellation! We recommend turning auto renew off 48 hours in advance to ensure that the payment is not automatically processed.
Toggling the slider to off will cancel your current subscription and open the pop up to select a reason for canceling. After you select a reason, click continue to finalize your subscription cancellation.
