Sometimes folks accidentally create another account that's connected to their Facebook. Not to worry, its an easy fix! If you weren’t able to clear the connection through the Account page, we can do it on the backend if you provide us with the user ID information from your Facebook Business Integrations. If you can send that over to us at the Animoto Customer Team, we’ll be able to clear that out for you!
How to find your user ID from Facebook
While in the Facebook Business Integrations page click View and Edit for Animoto.
Once you click that, you will be taken to your User ID.
Once you have that information, send it over to the Animoto Customer team at Help@Animoto.com and we’ll get that taken care of!
