ALERT: Trouble viewing blocks in Animoto Marketing

Our team is aware of a problem where blocks in our Animoto Marketing video maker appear blank when using the following operating system/web browser combinations:

  • Mac OS X Yosemite and Chrome 65
  • Windows 10 and Chrome 68

It appears as though there is an issue on Chrome's end causing a fundamental backend program in our system to be broken on these two specific OS/browser combinations.

If you're experiencing this issue on Mac OS X Yosemite and Chrome 65, the recommended solution is to upgrade to Chrome 68 or later.

If you're experiencing this issue on Windows 10 and Chrome 68, the recommended solution is to upgrade to Chrome 69 or later.
