The unresponsiveness in Animoto Memories has been resolved. If you are still experiencing trouble completing an action in Animoto Memories we recommend clearing your cache by holding shift on your keyboard and clicking the refresh button on your browser at the same time. This will reload Animoto Marketing and make all capabilities responsive again.

Our team is aware of a problem with the Animoto Memories platform not responding to create or produce requests. We're looking into it now and working on a speedy fix. We'll update this article with additional information shortly.
