Recipients Can’t View My Video

If your recipients are not able to view your shared video, there is usually a setting on their network or device that prevents them from viewing streamed videos.

This is often caused by using an outdated or unsupported browser (such as Internet Explorer), or the user may have a firewall blocking the video from playing. If they are running a browser from a work network or device, they may be able to view the video by switching to watching the video on a personal device or home network.

If viewers are unable to view streamed videos, another option is to download your video and upload it to a free Dropbox or Google Drive account. Those services allow you to create a downloadable link you can send to your clients so they wouldn't have to use the browser to play the video.
