Animoto's Professional and Teams Plans allow users to distribute Animoto videos to third parties without Animoto branding (White-label) and are subject to Animoto's Distribution Terms.
When using the Professional Plan users can distribute Animoto videos to third parties for their personal use only.
When using the Teams Plan subscribers are granted license to distribute Animoto Videos to third parties, even if such third parties intend to use the Animoto Videos directly or indirectly to derive a commercial benefit or financial gain.
