How to change your email address
You can update the email address on your account anytime from the Settings page.
- Head to the My Profile tab and click on the Email Address field
- Enter your new email address and click Save
Keep in mind that your new email will be your login going forward, so make sure you have access to it before saving.
Getting an error message?
If you see an error when trying to save your new email, it’s likely because that address is already associated with another Animoto account. To free up that email, try logging into Animoto with it to see if an account exists.

- Update that account’s email to something else so your preferred email is free to use
