If a team member didn’t receive their invite, the first step is to check their spam filter. Depending on the email server used and the privacy settings, Animoto emails can be sent there by accident.
If they still haven’t received the invitation after a few minutes, you can send it again! First, navigate to the Teams Settings menu on the Account page.
You will see your existing Team members and pending invitations there. To resend, click on the 3 horizontal dots next to the email address that you want to resend the invitation to.
After you click that, the menu will drop down for you to resend the invite:
