How to Combine your Animoto Videos

You have a few options to combine your Animoto videos into one! 

Combine your videos in Animoto

If you need your videos to be hosted on Animoto (like if you need to embed them or share the link to the play page), you can download your existing videos and combine them  in a new project. After you've downloaded your videos, open a new Animoto 3 project by selecting Start from Scratch from the Create a Video button. Upload your downloaded videos as video clips and add those to your new project. Turn off the background soundtrack, and export your video! 

Combine your videos on your computer

If you don't need your videos to be hosted (like if you are sharing them on a USB drive, or your final video is longer than 50 minutes) you can download your individual videos from Animoto, and use Quicktime or Windows Media Player to combine them.

Mac QuickTime Instructions: 

1. Open the first mp4 file in QuickTime
2. Click Edit > Add Clip to End
3. You can then select the next mp4 you’d like to merge from the file viewer. 
4. Click File > Export As > (select the original aspect ratio)

 Windows Photos App 10 Instructions: 

1. Open the Photos app and click “Create”
2. Select “Video Project”
3. Navigate to the video files you need to combine and highlight them
4. Name the project and click “Create Video”
5. Click Export and Share to finish the merge.
