All accounts can have access to Animoto Memories, but there won't be any new updates or changes to Animoto Memories going forward. In Animoto Memories, you can add text to your images, or as a standalone text block!
Add a text block
To add text slides to your Animoto Memories slideshow video, click the Add Text button in the menu on the left side of the screen, or click on an empty slide and select the "T" option:
A window will pop open open, allowing you to add a 40-character header, and a 50-character subtitle.
Add text to images in Animoto Memories
To add a text caption to images your Animoto Memories project, hover your mouse over the image where you want to add text.Select Caption at the bottom of the tile. That will allow you to add text to the images in your video.
A window will pop open open where you can add your text.
If you need to add in more text than that, you can use a photo-editing software (such as Photoshop or Picfont), to edit your image, and upload that image back into your Animoto Memories Slideshow video. Remember to keep your image in the 3:4 ratio while you are editing, so that it doesn't get cropped when you upload it again.
