Once your video has been exported, you can download it from the Projects page by clicking the three horizontal dots on the video tile to open the Share menu, or via the Download tab on the Share page. If you're subscribed to the Basic plan or higher and the download option isn't available or is greyed out, you'll need to open your project for editing and export it again.
Downloads are available in 1080p, 720p, or 360p. Users on the Professional and Professional Plus plan have the option to download Animoto 3 videos in 4K. Animoto Memories videos can be downloaded in up to 1080p.
Export your video before downloading
Before you can download your video, you'll need to export it. Exporting is what turns your Animoto project into a finished, downloadable video. If the download option is greyed out, that's usually why.

Download your video from the My Projects Page
From the My Projects page, click on the three horizontal dots on the upper right corner of your video's tile. Select Download from the menu that appears. Your video will automatically download in the highest resolution rendered, but you can select a lower resolution from the Share page.
Download your video from the Share Page
To download your video, select the Download tab on the left side of the Share page and select the arrow icon to begin the download. If you need a 360p low resolution download, select Show More.
Downloading in 4k
Users on the Professional and Professional Plus plan can download Animoto 3 videos in 4K from the Download tab on the Share page. 4k resolution is not rendered automatically, so you will need to select it from the Share page for it to be available. Animoto Memories videos can be downloaded in up to 1080p.
