Embedding a Video to a Website or Blog

Embedding is a great way to display your video on your website! A video embed is a snippet of code that displays your video without having to host the file on your website.

You’ll find the option to embed your video in the Share page. Hover your mouse over the video tile that you want to embed on the My Projects page and click on the 3 horizontal dots. Select Share from the menu that appears.

From the menu on the left hand side of your screen, select Embed to open the embed menu.

From the embed menu, you can choose the size and resolution for your video and the volume that your video will play at on your site. You can also make selections to start your video automatically when the page loads and loop the video when it finishes playing. Many browsers only allow muted videos to auto-play, so we recommend turning off auto start and letting your viewers manually play your video if the audio in your video is an important part of telling your story.

Once you’ve made your selections, click copy to copy the code and paste it into your website editor.
