Animoto offers annual and monthly subscription options, and you will have the opportunity to review your purchase prior to finalizing. Animoto is not responsible for any bank fees incurred due to insufficient funds.

Purchases made through your Apple iOS device
Payments made through the mobile app are managed by Apple, so you will need to reach out to them to manage your payments or request a refund. Because the purchase was not processed through Animoto, Animoto is not able to refund any charges or make any changes to your iOS/ Apple subscription. For payment inquiries and refund requests, you can contact Apple Support and click Get Started at the bottom of the page.
