Animoto's Refund Policy

Animoto does not provide refunds on fees or charges related to your Animoto account/subscription, including unused or partially used subscription periods and bank/merchant fees. Animoto is not responsible for any bank fees incurred due to insufficient funds.

Purchases made through your Apple iOS device

Animoto is not able to refund any charges from your iOS/ Apple subscription. Because your purchase was made through Apple, you will need to contact Apple support to process your refund request.  For payment inquiries and refund requests, you can contact Apple Support and click Get started at the bottom of the page.
