All Animoto monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically on the anniversary of their subscription sign-up date, unless you have specifically turned off automatic renewal in your account dashboard.
Sorry, but we don't provide refunds on any fees or charges related to your Animoto account, including partially used periods and bank/merchant fees.
An exception we may consider is providing a refund when we've updated your payment information and there are good reasons to believe that you didn't intend for an update to be made.
Note: All of your features expire as soon as your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so make sure you produce any videos in progress before your account is canceled.

Purchases made through your Apple iOS device
