Trouble completing a purchase

If you are having troubling purchasing an Animoto subscription, give these troubleshooting tips a try:

Payment button is not active

If you are unable to complete your purchase because the payment button is not active, double check that you have filled out all address fields on the left hand side of page. The Country and State fields are easy to skip over, but are required. Once you've filled out all the address form fields, the payment button will active and you'll be free to complete your purchase. 

Error message when using a Credit Card

1. Make sure the address you are using at checkout matches the address for your credit card
2. Confirm the expiration date on your card is not in the past
3. Double check the zip code (use 5 numbers) and CVV on your credit card
4. Check in with your bank and see if there is a block on your card
5. Suspend any Anti-Virus or Firewall software and try purchasing again
6. Create a PayPal account to use for purchasing a subscription on our site

Error message when using PayPal

1. Double check the card information saved on your PayPal account
2. Confirm the expiration date on your saved card is not in the past
3. Check in with your bank and see if there is a block or hold on your card
4. Turn off the 2 factor authentication setting in your PayPal account and try again 
5. Try using a credit card to purchase a subscription directly on our site
