Trouble completing a purchase

If you are having troubling purchasing an Animoto subscription, give these troubleshooting tips a try:

Credit Card

1. Double check the zip code (Use 5 numbers) and CCV on your credit card
2. Confirm the expiration date on your card is not in the past
3. Check in with your bank and see if there is a block on your card
4. Suspend any Anti-Virus or Firewall software and try purchasing again
5. Create a PayPal account to use for purchasing a subscription on our site

PayPal

1. Double check the card information saved on your PayPal account
2. Confirm the expiration date on your saved card is not in the past
3. Check in with your bank and see if there is a block or hold on your card
4. Turn off the 2 factor authentication setting in your PayPal account and try again 
5. Try using a credit card to purchase a subscription directly on our site
