Choosing Playback Resolution (Animoto Memories - legacy tool)

As of October 2018, Animoto Memories has become a legacy tool. As a company we've decided to focus our energy on making updates and improvements to our newest tool, Animoto 3. All accounts can have access to Animoto Memories, but there won't be any new updates or changes to Animoto Memories going forward. If you love using Animoto Memories though, we will always be here to support you if you ever have any questions! To make sure your images and video clips look their best, you'll want to produce your video in the highest resolution available. You will have the option to select the quality before you finalize your video. If you have already finalized your video, click Edit Video from the My Projects page to open that up again. Then click Preview, and Produce again to choose the resolution.

Note: If you have already chosen a resolution, it will appear greyed out and you won't be able to select it again.

After that you will be taken to the Settings page. Select the default playback resolution. Click Save, and you’ll see that your videos are much crisper now :)

Note: Depending on the length of your finished video, you may need to wait a few minutes longer for the higher resolution options to finish rendering.
