As of October 2018, the Animoto Memories slideshow video builder has become a legacy tool. As a company we've decided to focus our energy on making updates and improvements to our newest tool, Animoto 3. All accounts can have access to Animoto Memories, but there won’t be any new updates or changes to Animoto Memories going forward.
In Animoto Memories, the crop and adjustments of your photos are applied automatically. If the aspect ratio of the original photo isn’t the same as the style you are using the video, that can cause the image or video clip to get cropped. You can try a new style which will change how that photo fits!
Click the “Change Style” button on the left hand navigation bar to browse all of our available styles.
These styles will apply less of a crop and may work better for your video:

-Simplicity
-Clean Lines
-Frameless
-Soft Focus
