If the auto renew is turned off in your account, your plan will automatically change to the Free plan when your paid subscription expires. If your account is active, your videos will be accessible for viewing, but your play pages and embedded links won’t be active. Accounts that have been inactive after a period of time will be marked for deletion.
While on the Free plan, how you access your videos will be different depending on the workspace they were created in.
Videos created in the Private Workspace
On the Free plan, you’ll be able to view and edit the videos in your Private Workspace. You won't able to download your videos and the links and embeds to your videos will be inactive. If you edit a video that you made while on a paid subscription plan, the paid features such as your branded watermark,and premium stock images and music will be removed. If you’d like to download or share any of your videos, you will need to upgrade to the Basic plan or higher.
Videos created in the Team Workspace (Professional Plus plan)
The ability to edit, share, and download videos in the Team Workspace is only available while the Professional Plus subscription is active. If you don’t plan to renew your Professional Plus subscription, we recommend downloading your projects it for safe keeping as your links and embeds will no longer be active. Once the subscription lapses, the Team Admin will need to upgrade again in order for you to access your videos.
