Archived Accounts

Accounts that haven’t been accessed in 12 months or more will be archived. You will receive an email notification that your account will be archived. In order to restore your videos, reset your Animoto password and upgrade to any paid subscription plan. Your videos will then appear back in your account within 48 hours.

Animoto archives accounts that have not been accessed in the last 12 months. You will receive an email notification before your account is archived. 

If your account has been archived the next time you visit Animoto your account will be empty, and you will see a notification that the account has been archived and a prompt to reset your password. Once you have reset your password you'll gain access to your account again. To restore access to previously created videos, upgrade to any paid plan and you'll see those back in your account within 48 hours after upgrading.
