If your account was archived, you would have received an email prior alerting you that your account was set to be archived. In order to restore your videos, reset your Animoto password and upgrade to any paid subscription plan. Your videos will then appear back in your account within 48 hours.
If your account has been archived the next time you visit Animoto your account will be empty, and you will see a notification that the account has been archived and a prompt to reset your password. Once you have reset your password, you can upgrade to any paid plan to restore your videos to your account. You’ll see those back in your account within 48 hours after upgrading while we retrieve those from our system.
