You can increase or decrease the time each block appears by tapping the block and use the "-" or "+" just above the media.
The duration of each block will also change how quickly the blocks and text animate and transition. For a shorter duration, you'll notice the text and transitions move quickly. If you'd prefer to slow either of those down, try increasing the total duration of that block. This will slow down the timing of the text and the transition to the next block.
