Who is the storage plan for?
The storage plan is for anyone who doesn’t need to edit their videos, but wants to keep their projects safe and accessible! Videos are stored for free for up to 90 days, so the storage plan is a secure way to protect your videos and media after that period ends.
When are videos deleted?
Videos are deleted after 90 days of being on the Free plan. We send out email notifications once your account has been scheduled for deletion, and you'll get a notification when you access your account as well. If you don't see your videos in your account when you log in, contact the Animoto Customer team at Help@Animoto.com and we’ll do our best to help restore them.
