How to apply a promo code
You can apply a promo code to your purchase on the check out page after selecting a plan. Under the Payment Method section, select Have a Promo Code?. After entering your promo code, click Apply Promo to apply it to your purchase.
Using a promo code before renewal- Professional Plus plan
To use a promo code before your Professional Plus renewal date, the Admin of your Team Workspace will have to turn off auto-renewal before purchasing an extension.
Navigate to the Billing tab under your Team Workspace on the Account settings page and toggle the Automatic Renewal slider to off. Follow the prompts to finalize, the slider will be grey like the example below once it's complete.
Once auto-renewal is turned off, select the Plan tab of your Team Workspace and select Renew Now. That will take you to the checkout screen. From there click Have a promo code? to apply your promo code.
Using a promo code before renewal- Basic and Professional Plan
Navigate to the Plan tab on the Account page. Select Renew Now to be taken to the checkout page, and click Have a promo code? at the bottom of the screen to apply your promo code.
