We are aware of an issue that causes some users to get the following error message when attempting to preview Animoto Memories projects.
"The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported. "
This error only affects users who are using the latest version of Google Chrome. Our team is still working on a long term fix, but in the meantime you can switch to Firefox to finish your project. It’s totally free to download and is supported by Animoto.
If you prefer to stick to Chrome, you may still run into an error when previewing your project but you will be able to produce it the same way you always have. If you run into this error again while using Firefox, please contact the Animoto Customer team at Help@Animoto.com and we'll be happy to assist.
