There are many reasons why you aren’t seeing your videos in your account.
You might lose your videos if you are logged into a different account than the one you created your videos with, or if your account was archived due to inactivity. We don’t delete your videos, and even if they were deleted we can restore them with the right information!
The first step is to check which email you are logged in from. You can check this by accessing your Account page. Folks often lose their videos on accounts that use old school email addresses or email addresses from past jobs. In that case, all you’ll need to do is log out and log back in with the right email and you should be good to go!
If your account was archived, it will be restored when you log back in. It will take 24-48 hours for your videos to appear in your account while we retrieve them from our system. Check back in a day or so and you should see your videos!
If you still can’t find your videos, you can contact our team and we’ll be happy to assist. We can help find your video if you can send us:
-The email address that you used to create the video
-Name and approximate date of creation
-The URL you've used to watch the video (it will start with Animoto.com/Play or Video214.com/Play)
