When accessing Animoto from a shared IP address, like a school, you may set off our security protocols. This will cause a 403 error and prevent you from accessing Animoto. If that happens, don't worry! Our Customer Team can help you sort this out quickly.
If you get a 403 error when accessing Animoto from a school network, please reach out to the Customer Team at Help@Animoto.com with your school’s public facing IP address and the name of your school district. If you don’t have this on hand, your IT department will be able to provide it for you. Once you send that over we will be able to unblock you so you can get back to creating!
