You can embed, share a link, or email your Animoto video via your video's share page. Users on the Professional and Professional Plus plans can send a customized play page to their viewers. Downloads are exclusive to our paid plans, but you can share your video regardless of whether or not you have a paid subscription. If the platform where you want to share your video is not listed on our Share page, you will have to either share a link or download your video and upload it to the platform of your choosing. Access the Share page
The Share page is where you’ll find all of the options to share your video. Hover your mouse over the video tile that you want to share on the Projects page and click on the 3 horizontal dots. Select Share from the menu that appears.
If the Play, Share, and Download options are greyed out, you will have to click Continue Editing, and export your video again for those options to be available. How to export your video.
Share a link to your video
Regardless of the plan you are on, you will have the option to share a link to your video. That will take your viewers to a play back page where they can view a streaming version of your video!
Head over to the Link tab on the left hand side of the Share page.
That will take your viewers to your video’s play page. Anyone with the link can view your video, and the video will automatically update if you export new changes to your video. Users on the Professional and Professional Plus plans have the option to share customized play page!
Download your Video
Users on paid subscription plans can download their video for safe keeping! The option to choose a resolution and download is on the Download tab. Click Show More for low resolution downloads. Click the arrow icon to start the download.
Email your Animoto video
You have the option to share your video via our email share tool which will email a link where the viewer can playback your video! Navigate to the Email tab of the Share page, and add in your recipient’s email address. If you’re sending it to multiple people, be sure to separate them with a comma. Check the box if you want to be notified when they view your video!.

Embed your Video
You’ll have the option to embed your video on any level plan To get started, head over to the Embed tab while on the Share page.
You can set the size, resolution, volume, autostart, and loop settings for your embedded video. Once you’ve adjusted the settings, you can copy and paste the embed code where you want to display your video.
