Animoto accounts are unique to the email address that you used to sign up, even if the email is no longer active. Animoto stores videos for free for up to 90 days.
If you had an Animoto account previously, your account can be located by our team with the right information. Contact the Animoto Customer Team with the following:
- The last 4 digits of the card charged
- The billing postal code
- The date and amount of the recent charge
- Name on card that was charged
- Any email addresses that you may have used in the past
If you purchased through PayPal, please also include the email address associated with your PayPal account.
Once we have that information, the Animoto team will be able to help you find your account.
