Free Plan

You will automatically be given access to our Free Plan when you sign up for an Animoto account. With our free plan you are able to create and produce videos - at no cost and no need to put in your payment information! All you need to do is sign up for an account to get started. With the free plan you’ll have access to limited stock assets, 3 standard fonts, and 30 color swatches.

When you sign up for an account, you'll gain access to our Free plan, which gives you the ability to make unlimited free Animoto videos. With the Free plan you’ll gain access to the following features:

  • 50+ music tracks
  • 3 standard fonts
  • 30 color swatches
  • All videos will include a "Made with Animoto" watermark throughout the video

If you'd like access to any of the features included in our paid plans you can update your account at any time. For more information about plans, check out our Pricing page.

Do you offer a trial period?

Since Animoto offers a free plan to everyone when they first subscribe, we don't offer a free trial. If you want to trial our premium features, you can subscribe to one month of a paid subscription and turn off auto-renewal so you don't get charged again.

Can I Use Stock Photos With the Free Plan?

Our Free plan includes access to select licensed stock photos & videos from Getty Images. You can find our free stock media when you open the stock library. Images that are included in our Professional and Professional Plus plans will have a sparkle icon on them, and you can upgrade at any time to use them in your videos!

 

Can I Use Music With the Free Plan?

The Free plan includes 50 licensed audio tracks that you can use in your project, or you can upload your own! Each project can have one audio track. You can browse our entire music library regardless of the plan you’re on. Music that’s included in our Professional and Professional Plus plans will have a sparkle icon on them, and you can upgrade at any time to use them in your videos!
