You can change your payment information on the Billing tab under the Workspace you need to update on the Account page. Click the pencil icon to the right of your payment information to add a new card or update your payment method. If your card was expired when we tried to process the payment, the system will automatically try again in two days until it is successful.
You can view, update, and manage your payments and billing information in the Account page while logged in. Click the Billing tab under the corresponding workspace. If you don’t see a Billing tab that means you are on the Free Forever plan so you have not been billed.
Note: Only Team Admins will be able to access the billing information for the Professional Plus plan.
Changing and updating your payment method
You can change your payment method by clicking on the pencil icon to the right of your payment information. If you delete your payment method and we are unable to process the payment your subscription will revert to the Free Forever plan.

Expired credit cards
If your credit card expired before the automatic renewal was processed your plan will revert to the Free plan until the charge is successful. The renewal date will be updated to reflect when the charge will be attempted again. After updating your payment information, your renewal payment will typically be processed within 24 hours.
